Coffee Roasters Australia initially approached e-CBD for Search Engine Optimisation services for their two websites, Coffee Roasters and Capsule Pack, the latter offering a unique coffee capsule packing service for individual roasters around Australia. After some initial growth, it became apparent that the biggest barriers to further SEO success were the outdated websites and the older systems they were built in.

e-CBD redesigned both websites and brought them into a modern CMS, with a mobile-first approach. The Coffee Roasters website in particular required additional development with the inclusion of a comprehensive online store and blog system. Visibility in search engines has since improved, and online sales through the store have increased by 70%, and 83% in overall conversion rate.

The Capsule Pack website redesign in 2016 was also incredibly successful and tied in with the release of their new line of biodegradable capsules. Since the launch of the new site, organic traffic has increased by 44%, and the conversion rate has increased by 60%.

In 2017, Coffee Roasters Australia released their own line of commercial roasters called the Phantom Series. Initially setting up a simple landing page for the new product line under the brand CRA Technology, e-CBD have since turned the landing page into a full website and have started search engine optimisation.
