Solution:

This website design would provide visitors with access to an online showroom of premium used vehicles. It needed easy-access to contact avenues and the relevant sales representative. From a marketing perspective, it was also necessary to create the required website content to make visitors feel confident and safe to buy a vehicle purely online.

How did e-CBD help?

The mobile responsive website was completed with an intuitive search function allowing visitors to easily browse the showroom and filter the search results. The showroom stock can be easily managed by the client using their Eclipse© Dealership Management software. An XML feed automatically pushes the car listings into the Automundo website in real time.

Our marketing team created story driven content for the website’s home page. This content helps website visitors quickly build trust and rapport with Automundo by:

  • Addressing the visitors main pain points and showing empathy.
  • Offering a logical solution to the visitor’s problem of needing a new car and showcasing the advantages of working with Automundo.
  • Giving visitors a simple and effective plan for purchasing their new vehicle.
  • Showing social proof in the form of testimonials.
  • Overcoming customer objections by answering the most frequently asked questions relating to the Automundo service.
  • Calling the user to action by searching for their next car and making it simple to enquire.

We also created a website Care Plan for the main content management system and plugins to keep up to date and to ensure optimal performance.
