Solution:

We recently redesigned and rebuilt the Inspect My Home website to better accommodate their growing roster of franchisees. Part of this revision was adding a suburb search system which helps potential customers find their local inspector and book an inspection directly with that franchisee. The system needed to be light and robust for mobile devices as well as easy to update as new franchisees were added.

What we developed utilises the franchisee mapping system which the client uses to define their franchise territories and updates as the client signs more franchises up. We then incorporated a search method that helps pinpoint and match up the suburb searches in such a way so as not to weigh down the servers with a search through the millions of entries in the database.

This new system, coupled with a seamless experience across devices and a revitalised design have allowed Inspect My Home to offer their visitors and clients an easier and modern method to book inspections online, all while maintaining their top performance in both organic search results and Google AdWords campaigns.
