Being one of e-CBD's longest serving clients, we've had the great pleasure of managing After Hours Doctor's digital portfolio since 2002.

A comprehensive digital strategy has been incorporated over the years including web design and development, website hosting and an efficient and consistent Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) approach.

Moving with the times, the client now wanted to stand out from their competitors with a fresh and modern website redesign. The main aims of the redesign were to offer a more consistent viewing experience for users on mobile phones and tablet devices. This would in turn lower the bounce rate as the site would become more appealing to browse. There was also a need to increase the conversion rate by designing stronger calls-to-action.

A special request was also made to develop a “members only” login area of the website which allowed the staff to log in and view their individual work schedules and timetables for the week.

Time spent on the website by mobile and tablet users has increased by 8.9%.
