Solution:

Pacific English Study required a website redesign to reflect the size and professionalism of their growing company.

The site is accessed by many overseas students so it was important to make sure the website was accessible for all potential users of various nationalities and backgrounds. They also hoped to provide a better user experience on mobile devices and generate more leads/increase conversions.

How did e-CBD help?

We designed Pacific English Study a professional website that used bold fonts and large imagery. The new website design is fully responsive allowing it to automatically adjust to provide a consistent user experience across all device sizes. We also optimised the mobile layout to give it a more “mobile application” like experience to make it easy for users to call Pacific English Study directly or submit online enquiries.

During development, we included the integration of a Google Translation feature to make the site’s content readable and accessible for a vast range of international visitors.

Our marketing team also produced story driven content to promote of the benefits to studying with Pacific English and highlight testimonials from past students. It was really important to take visitors on a guided journey of Pacific English Study’s unique study offerings.

We included the ability for users to exchange an email address to download a course guide. This allowed many visitors to become “soft leads” which could be nurtured by the staff at Pacific English Study and converted into students at a later date.
