Managing Your Emails Over Christmas

The holidays are slowly creeping up yet again and it’s about this time of year many business owners start to worry about what could go wrong over the Christmas break. The good news is you can still keep abreast of everything while you’re out of the office.

So long as you’re hosted with Ilisys you’ll be able to use webmail to view all your email accounts. Your webmail password is the same as the one you use in Outlook (or your iPhone, Blackberry, Galaxy, iPad etc.). If you’ve forgotten your password just give us a call before we break up on the 18^th of December.

Setting up a Vacation Message

Whether you’re checking your emails or not, if you’re out of the office it’s a good idea to have a vacation message set up that will send a reply to anyone who emails you. This lets people know you’re away for the holidays and when you’ll be back.

To set up a vacation message just follow these basic steps;

Log in to the Ilisys Toolkit
Go to the ‘My Services’ column
Click on ‘Email Setup’
Select the email associated with your domain name
Click on ‘Enable a Vacation Message’
Type your vacation message, including return date and any alternative contact details your clients may need
