Thinking about what success looks like for your business on social media right now? <\/p>

We have been too.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a digital agency <\/a>that promotes and provides social media marketing, our past approach has been somewhat lackadaisical. In fact, we\u2019ve often been a little shamefaced by our lack of social media presence. Sometimes, there just weren\u2019t enough hours in the day to work on our client\u2019s social and our own too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last few months, as COVID-19 continues to disrupt our lives and our business, we decided to go hard when it came to what we were doing on our social media. We felt it was really important to let our clients and community know that we were still working, what we were offering and what we could do to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We could see that people wanted more media, and that included social media.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, with a little more time up our sleeves and the understanding that people weren\u2019t going to stop scrolling, we got stuck in.  And you know what? The work worked.<\/em> We had more interaction with our clients, more reach and we felt good about what we were doing. We were also told that we were doing a good job, which is never not nice to hear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to content creation but we thought we\u2019d share some of our social media marketing<\/a> strategy for the next chunk of 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will stay committed to providing factual, helpful information.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will continue to demonstrate the human side of our business.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will build on our relationships and engage with our followers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will find and share positive content.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will keep reading the room and remain sensitive to what our clients are going through.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re going to keep enjoying our new found love for our own social media<\/a>. This special place where we can share our news\/thoughts\/our love of cake and address the challenges that our business, clients and community face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
