The holidays are slowly creeping up yet again and it\u2019s about this time of year many business owners start to worry about what could go wrong over the Christmas break. The good news is you can still keep abreast of everything while you\u2019re out of the office.<\/p>\n

So long as you\u2019re hosted with Ilisys you\u2019ll be able to use webmail to view all your email accounts. Your webmail password is the same as the one you use in Outlook (or your iPhone, Blackberry, Galaxy, iPad etc.). If you\u2019ve forgotten your password just give us a call<\/a> before we break up on the 18th<\/sup> of December. <\/p>\n

Setting up a Vacation Message<\/h2>\n

Whether you\u2019re checking your emails or not, if you\u2019re out of the office it\u2019s a good idea to have a vacation message set up that will send a reply to anyone who emails you. This lets people know you\u2019re away for the holidays and when you\u2019ll be back.<\/p>\n

To set up a vacation message just follow these basic steps;<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Ilisys Toolkit<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the \u2018My Services\u2019 column<\/li>\n
  3. Click on \u2018Email Setup\u2019<\/li>\n
  4. Select the email associated with your domain name<\/li>\n
  5. Click on \u2018Enable a Vacation Message\u2019<\/li>\n
  6. Type your vacation message, including return date and any alternative contact details your clients may need<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
