- You generally get an official warning from the Australian Communications and Media Authority first, but;
- There are fines of up to $220,000 per day for the first offence for a business entity
- Do it again and you risk a range of harsh penalties, you’ll get an infringement notice and we’re talking anything from a few thousand to a few million dollars: read some case studies here
